Buzzebizz.com organizes a mentoring program, exclusively on the Internet, to promote its business to users.
Sponsorship is available on www.buzzebizz.com. Participation in sponsorship implies full acceptance of these regulations in their entirety, rules of conduct in place on the Internet, as well as laws, regulations and all generally applicable rules in France.
Article 2 - Regulations :
The regulation applies to all members wishing to enjoy the benefits and obligations associated with sponsorship.
Buzzebizz.com reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations, to amend the dates of validity of the sponsorship or suspend the sponsorship at any time during the duration of the sponsorship program, without notice or obligation to justify its decision.
In case of default by a sponsor or a godson, buzzebizz.com reserves the right to exclude any involvement of law emanating from the latter, without it can not claim anything.
Article 3 - Conditions of participation :
May participate in the sponsorship, the user must be an adult individual, with a valid mailing address.
The referral offer is limited to one per household (you can not sponsor a person's own home).
Any attempt at fraud will result in the cancellation of the benefits of sponsorship.
Participation in sponsorship occurs only buzzebizz.com.
To participate, users must have created an account on the site buzzebizz.com, completing the details required: name, address, e-mail and phone, username and password, and spent at least one command.
Any member may then become a sponsor according to the following method: filling out the form on the site sponsorship for this purpose (under sponsorship). Customers that wish to sponsor the sponsor will then receive an e-mail from him containing a link with ID sponsorship.
A mentoring relationship is considered valid when a member registers as a godson and buys at least one product. This means of course that the godson is not already a site member buzzebizz.com before the sponsorship relationship has been established.
The sponsor is notified on its behalf (www.buzzebizz.com) whenever a sponsorship relationship validated credited to him.
A sponsor can not sponsor or sponsor himself several times the same person.Buzzebizz.com reserves the right to verify the identity of winners and their referrals.
Article 4 - What benefits for sponsors and godchildren :
Each sponsorship relationship validated gives the sponsor and the godson of a right 5% discount valid on purchases, excluding postage.
These reductions are nominal: the exclusive use of the godfather and his godson.
Buzzebizz.com reserves the right to change or remove settings from this sponsorship (duration, amount, benefits ...).
Every member undertakes to pay any tax, fee, assessment or any other right due, under applicable regulations. Buzzebizz.com be relieved of any responsibility in this regard.
Article 5 - Limitation of Liability :
Participation in sponsorship implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, including those relating to technical performance: response time, risks inherent in any connection, malfunction of the Internet, equipment failure, loss of mail, bug, virus ... that prevented or limited the opportunity to participate in sponsorship or corrupted the system of a user.
Buzzebizz.com can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from any interruption or malfunction of any kind or any direct or indirect result, somehow, a connection site. It is for any user to take all appropriate measures to protect its data and / or software.
The connection of any person to the site and member participation in sponsorship is under their full responsibility.
Section 6 - Personal data :
Contact information for all participants will be used in accordance with the provisions of the law "and Freedoms" of January 6, 1978. Each participant has a right to access, correct or delete information about him.
Article 7 - Interpretation :
These rules are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the court would have exclusive jurisdiction of Lyon.
Terms of the sponsorship offer buzzebizz valid for one year with effect from 01/01/2001. This referral offer can only be purchased online. It is reserved for specific and valid in France.
Organising Company :
Buzzebizz organizes a sponsorship. These Conditions are intended to define the ways in which Buzzebizz offers its members to encourage others to subscribe to some of its offerings, and this, in exchange for promotional benefits.
Any subscription to this referral offer shall automatically entail the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Conditions of eligibility for the referral offer :
Same godson can benefit only once the offer of sponsorship.Refunds related to this referral offer can be suspended at any time for non payment of outstanding invoices by the Sponsor and / or referral.
Protection of privacy and personal data :
Buzzebizz takes measures to ensure protection and confidentiality of personal information it holds or deals in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers and the freedoms.

The customer may exercise its rights at any time, without charge, except those related to the transmission of the refusal to serve the aforementioned.
