Once your payment approved by us, your products will be sent.
The exchange or refund
If an item does not suit you ...
You have a withdrawal period of 7 days after receipt to return your item.
To process your request, thank you to remember your order number and your full contact at the back. For practical reasons we ask you to contact us to issue you an RMA number visible on the package. For this you can contact us by mail or telephone and we will reply the same day the following day to process your request as soon as possible. The return shipping in case of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.
All returned items must be absolutely in its original packaging and in good condition, at its own re marketing. If these conditions are met then you can request an exchange or refund. If this is not the case the return will be refused and you must pay for return postage so that we can return the product.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised on the headphones eg for reasons of hygiene. The kits to be glued or used screen protectors can not be resumed.

Delivery

BuzzeBizz.com undertakes to deliver the package to the address that was entered during the ordering process.
If your articles are "in stock" products are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Products are generally shipped the same day the next day depending on time of order.
The delivery of the service provider is then 2 days, the projected delivery date is 3rd business day from the date of your order.
Your package arrives damaged or is lost
In case of damage:

If the parcel is lost:

After agreement to return the product you have 15 days to return. Beyond that period the return will be refused. For practical reasons we ask you to contact us to issue you an RMA number visible on the package. While it is clearly evident that the returned product has been subject to misuse, lack of maintenance or any other reasons similar to misuse or non-voluntary return will not be accepted and you must pay the return postage so that we can return the product.
